Thomas’ Ranch is yours from Wednesday to Monday evening: the wooden arena for the reception, the four gîtes for your family and friends, and the campsite for your other guests. In Contigné (Les Hauts-d’Anjou), 30 km north of Angers.
A wedding venue all to yourselves
For your wedding, the site is “all yours”: the four gîtes, the indoor arena, the outdoor arena, the car parks and the lawns, in the middle of the ranch’s 72 hectares.
You can party in peace, with no noise restrictions and no curfew.
All summer long, the ranch hosts weddings with a mainly rustic theme: hay bales, draped ceilings, wood, and horses out in the fields. For a western or country wedding, the setting is already there, on a Quarter Horse stud. You bring the decorations that suit you, and we help you find your style.
How long do you hire the ranch for?
The ranch is yours from Wednesday to Monday evening: time to decorate ahead of the day, host your guests over the weekend and clear up without rushing.

Your reception in the wooden indoor arena
The reception is held in the ranch’s indoor arena, built in 2014. Because it is made of wood, the light inside has a “sepia” tone that gives a rustic, retro feel.
The meal and the evening party take place on a wooden floor, with a stage for the music. Round tables or long banquet tables: the layout changes from one wedding to the next, depending on what you have in mind.
And the ceremony?
Ceremony benches are provided. Depending on the wedding, the ceremony takes place in the arena or outside under an oak tree, with guests seated on straw bales.
Floral arch, guest book, table plan, photo booth: couples bring their own ideas, and we are there to help you.

The ranch’s four gîtes put your family and friends up on site, sleeping more than 40 in all. Sheets and towels are provided, and each gîte has everything you need in the kitchen.

Frequently asked questions
How many guests can we have?
The packages cover up to 200, 300 or 400 people. The price depends on the package: we send you a quote based on your number of guests.
When can we move in, and when do we have to leave?
You can come and decorate from the Wednesday, take over the venue and put your guests up from the Thursday, and you only hand the venue back on the Monday evening.
Is there a finishing time or a noise limit?
No. For your wedding, the ranch is yours alone: no noise restrictions and no curfew.
Where do the guests sleep?
In the ranch’s four gîtes (sleeping more than 40, sheets and towels provided) and on the campsite, included in the package, for tents and campervans.
What do we need to bring?
The decorations you like. Tables, chairs, standing tables, ceremony benches, the stage and rustic decorations (hay, drapes, red carpet) are already on site, as are the caterer’s area, the giant barbecue, the cold room and the beer pumps.
